
About Us
Jessica is a licensed physical therapist and dry needling specialist. She received her doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Cincinnati in 2010. Jessica has worked in sports medicine and orthopedics from the beginning of her career until 2020, when she transitioned to general orthopedics with a bias to chronic pain. In 2013, she began her training in dry needling and in 2018, received her first dry needling certification.
Since then, she has completed certification and training from multiple dry needling institutes, giving her a diverse approach to treatment. She is certified in Blood Flow Restriction therapy, allowing her to accentuate an athlete’s injury or surgical rehabilitation, adjunct training, or recovery treatment. She has training in breathing restoration, myofascial decompression, functional nutrition, 3D movement assessment, IASTM, and sport specific and crossfit movement analysis.
Jessica focuses this broad knowledge base into a comprehensive and unique approach which many have described as “outside the box”. Beginning with the fundamentals and transitioning to the complex, her approach has helped many people succeed where they had otherwise been unsuccessful. Jessica’s passion lies in using her skills to help people who suffer from pain or movement limitations and want to maintain an active healthy lifestyle.
